📦 Return Policy
- You can request a return within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing defect
🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)
- Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
- The video must:
- Show the sealed package clearly before opening
- Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
- This video is mandatory proof for:
- Damaged product claims
- Missing items
- Wrong product complaints
👉 Without proper unboxing video proof, return or refund requests may not be accepted
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or customer-damaged products
- Items with broken or removed seals
- Clearance or sale items
💰 Refund Policy
- Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI
🔄 Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement
- Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
🚚 Return Process

- Share your order details and issue (with photos/videos)
- After approval, we will arrange a pickup
- Once we receive the product, we will process your refund or replacement
