At Bro Core, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.


📦 Return Policy

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • Returns are accepted only if:
    • The product is damaged
    • You received the wrong item
    • The product has a manufacturing defect

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement (Important)

  • Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video while opening the package
  • The video must:
    • Show the sealed package clearly before opening
    • Capture the entire unboxing process without cuts
  • This video is mandatory proof for:
    • Damaged product claims
    • Missing items
    • Wrong product complaints

👉 Without proper unboxing video proof, return or refund requests may not be accepted


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or customer-damaged products
  • Items with broken or removed seals
  • Clearance or sale items

💰 Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, Card, Wallet, etc.)
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI

🔄 Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement
  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

🚚 Return Process

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp
  2. Share your order details and issue (with photos/videos)
  3. After approval, we will arrange a pickup
  4. Once we receive the product, we will process your refund or replacement
